We got a new ECM (computer) for our 2004 Cadillac and were having problem getting it completely programmed. Chuck at Firestone, who has been in the business since the beginning of time said, take it to Darby Buick GMC and get it flashed. We met Anthony, a Vet and great guy with two young sons at the service counter of * Seymour Buick GMC who bought Darby. He said it would cost $ 50 to flash the ECM, and he would get back to me in a couple of days. We heard noting for a long time so called, and the receptionist who answered the phone said thank You for calling * Starling Buick GMC ? Starling bought Seymour. Anthony said they were very busy switching owners but would get to it shortly. After another week or more and several calls, Anthony got back to me and said they were working on it but were having some problems. He would get back to me soon, and had their best mechanic on it. He got back to me a couple of days later and said the problem was the motor was not getting gas and the car needed a new fuel pump, $ 800 and some dollars (gold plated) but that would get the motor running so that they could finish the flash. The fuel pump was working before we brought it in ??Time passing I called to find out that now the motor was flooding and would not start. Next time I called Anthony no longer worked there. The next time I called to find out what was happening with our car I spoke with a woman the receptionist transferred me to who said she knew nothing about it but would find out and call me back. A week pasted and I called again and was transferred to another woman who said she would get to the bottom of this and find out what was going on with our car. Never heard back from her or anyone ! We called again and spoke with another person who knew nothing, so I told her that we leased a new car and were coming down to get the license plate. we found the car in the service parking lot. They have had our car for three months now, and I finally get a call saying they have had a meeting and are going to start charging me storage, what do I want to do ???? Unbelievable, is that what is called service ! If We wait a little longer, maybe another company will buy Starling, and we will have better luck.

My wife and I are about a week away from having our first child. Our old vehicle was not going to cut it for our future needs. We dealt with other local dealerships and we were not impressed to say the least. My father recommended that we go to Seymour Buick and GMC. He purchased his last 2 vehicles from here and said he wouldn't go anywhere else. I now know why. Friendly/great staff, and environment. We were able to walk around and look at vehicles with out someone trying to pressure us into anything, and they were more than helpful when we had questions and were ready to work a deal on the vehicle we were interested in. We went in with a price, monthly payment, and percentage in mind, and I was surprised that they were able to not only get us what we wanted, but they actually made it better than what we expected. Hands down, all 10s across the board. I would recommend them to anyone!!

My 2016 Ford Fiesta ST got damaged a month back around the beginning of December (12/9/16). My insurance Provider Progressive recommended this shop since it's one of their shops in network. It has now been more than a month (1/18/17) of constantly bringing the car back and forth. There have been problems from multiple defective windshields, to overspray on the car, to not replacing parts on the initial repair and having to come back a second time, and sometimes even a third to get it done right. While the staff is nice, it's incredibly frustrating to have them smile in your face and say "everything is good", only to find out on further inspection that there are now more problems than the first time it was brought in. Not to mention that on the initial repair they needed to repaint the front of the car, and somehow after repainting it found a way to put swirl marks and scratches in the new paint! This shop promises that your car will come out just like the way you bought it (You can hear this message when on hold on the phone with the dealership). In my case my car is brand new with less than 4k miles on it, and this is just sadly not the case. I now have to go in for the 6th time to get another defective windshield replaced that was installed, and also to replace the trim that has been broken from them replacing the windshield so many times. I would love to bring it to another shop or even the dealer I bought it from but now I am stuck with this shop since Progressive paid for this shop to do the repairs. If only they would actually repair them. I would not recommend this body shop to anyone. Please look else where.

I bought my car at Darby Buick in 2005. In 2006 the transmission started slipping. I brought it to them at that time and they "could not find a problem". Now, the transmission is slamming hard when I accelerate from a stop. I gave them 2 more chances to fix the problem and all of a sudden they "have no record" that I brought it in before. They are willing to drop the transmission pan "at my expense" even though my warranty is still in effect. I won't be buying any more cars from them and I certainly won't ever take it back there for service.
