Unibilt homes are sold exclusively through a network of regional builders with model home sales centers. These independent, authorized builders provide turnkey building services for homebuyers and assist with model selection and construction services. Unibilt was founded in 1969 and has headquarters in Vandalia, Ohio. Since inception, the company has manufactured and sold more than 10,000 homes. Since 1994, Unibilt has built an average of 500 homes per year.
