This company on two separate occasions did not call me back to schedule to come to my home and do an estimate on my fireplace. I spoke with Mario and he said he would call me Monday to set up a time to come by and I have not heard from him. I will not be calling back since this is my second time following up with them when they did not call me. I am disappointed especially since they were double in price from other contractors in the area that we priced. We just felt that since they were specialized we would pay extra. I cannot speak to the quality of their work but I will say that they are not good at communicating and following through. Not good for business.
