Somehow my keys kept getting lost, it was the zillionth time I had to make a visit to the hardware store, but unfortunately the store was shut for the holidays. Not knowing what to do, I looked online for key makers and landed on The locksmith who arrived, Eric I think, was brilliant. He got keys made in no time. He enquired curiously as to why I would need so many keys and I told him, how I was generally careless with them. He recommended that I install a keyless system, where all I needed was a passcode for access. I’ve scheduled an appointment for it with Vancouver Lock & Key the next week. David was so understanding! When I couldn’t make it on time back home, he waited for over an hour and left only after making sure everything I needed was sorted out. After finding myself staring at a jammed lock and having been ripped off by countless locksmiths from Vancouver, WA in the past, I decided to use the tools from my tool shed and try out a repair myself. An hour later, my door was left with no lock, and the dismantled lock lay sprawled on the ground, rendered completely useless by my failed attempts. I had no other choice but to give in and call Vancouver Lock & Key based on the recommendation of a neighbor. To my surprise, the locksmith who said hell be there in 20 minutes, actually got there in less than 10 minutes. That was a first! He quickly got to work, mended the damage Id inflicted on the lock and got it working within a few minutes. And the surprise didnt end there! When I was handed over the bill, I glanced at it expecting a triple digit figure only to be proved wrong.Incredible service and low prices! Their website also has great coupons up for grabs. Definitely opting for them again!

Ben is quick and professional. Doesn't ask any extra questions or pry, which made me feel comfortable. This is really how you want a locksmith securing your home to act, isn't it? Total opposite of the overly solicitous manager of my apartment who gives off a total creepy vibe... and necessitating the lock in the first place. My wife lost the key and fob to my car. This was the 4th business I called to get a quote to come out and reprogram a key and key fob. Dave came out within 45 minutes of my call. He quickly got to work and asked if I wanted the key fob as well and showed me the same type I had before. The whole service was about half of what the 3 other places quoted me. I hope that I don't need this service again but if I do, this is who I will be using Vancouver Lock & Key in Vancouver, WA if i will need again locksmith service.
Henrry is a rockstar. Unbelievably prompt, friendly communication, plus he set up a time to change out my locks outside of their normal service area on the day I was leaving town. Henrry, who did the actual change, was quick, nice, and totally on it. Love. Them. i will recomend Vancouver Lock & Key to every one in Vancouver, WA.
After getting really creepy texts and voicemails from my last locksmith, I decided to get my locks changed again and a chain installed. I emailed the company at 10 at night on a Saturday and Mike responded in under 10 minutes. He gave me a 1 hour time (super awesome for not having to wait around too long) and was there right on time, which is already above and beyond. He was so helpful and professional and a joy to talk to. They offer some peace of mind, I want to pay it forward by leaving another 5-star review. Vancouver Lock & Key are rad.
