I was in for a facial, It was awesome. She offered me the micro-abrasion with my facial as i have very sentive skin(exzema) everything went as planed. She even did light therapy at no extra charge. I already booked my next appt.

i called hoping to ask a question and just simply asked to talk to the owner about whether they are accepting of this inquiry and when i asked for the owner, they said 'No thank you" and HUNG UP ON ME!!! I was calling from my work phone, so i guess they thought i was a solicitor. That is bad for business, good luck skin zen, you give zen a bad name!

I had a mini facial and hair removal appointment with this spa. It took forever to get booked. I am not sure why, because they are never look busy. Once I was in the spa treatment room, and hair removal room I overheard things I did not need to over hear from other clients and the owner. Sorry to say I found the spa experience disappointing and not particularly relaxing. I found the product used on my skin were not of the best quality. I found another spa last year I am delighted with. The Essentials Day Spa located in Vancouver is relaxing as well as professional.
