Jim was quick at getting out to service my furnace during the recent cold snap. And I decided to have him install a new unit about a month later, also he installed a water heater and ran a gas line to the kitchen for a new gas range I was installing. He showed up at the time we scheduled and he and his helper installed the new unit with great care. He had to redo some of the duct work for the new unit and he does such beautiful sheet metal work that I felt guilty having him cover it up with insulation. He was very concerned that his work be professional looking and asked about all aspects of the install. When they were done they cleaned up the area better than it was when they started and hauled away everything including the card board and everything. I had nothing left to do after they left except to pull my car back into the garage. I will
