I don't know where to start? We were referred to this Dr. to get some work done, and he seems like he knows what hes doing . The problem we are having is, they did not tell us in the beginning that they were not preferred providers of Delta Dental and are now trying to collect money from us for the consultation visit? The kicker is, all the staff was real nice to us telling us there were no charge for the visit or the Xrays. I went with my wife, we had her file sent there, they told us three times or more that there were no charges for the consult. Now we some how owe them 49.40 for an basic estimate for work were not having them do because our insurance will not pay their charges fully. If they would have told us over the phone their not fully backed by our plan we would have never set up the appointment.
Further more in the real world when you give bids on work, your trying out for the job, if you don't get the work, you move on and try for the next one. How many job interviews have you sent a bill to when you weren't awarded the job? Seems just a bit fishy?
I am very disappointed with this dentist and his staff. I am from out of town. I have Delta Dental Insur. I have a tooth that needs to be pulled. I had a 130 appointment. They don't get to me until 230 and only then they announce they don't take any insurances. So this dentist is strictly for the rich. I need my insurance to be involved. So i go another night waiting for the next appointment with another dentist to happen. This office is not friendly. I never got to meet the dentist. His loss.
My Mother-in-law saw Dr. Wong for 3 new implant teeth. She was very nervous about the procedure but, Dr. Wong and his staff made her feel comfortable. Everything healed quickly and looks great! She is very happy with her new teeth and the whole experience. Thanks Dr. Wong and team!
They all where really polite and very welcoming. I had an extraction done, there was no pain afterwards!! Dr wong did an awesome job!!
