I have been to them once and called for appointments/estimates and every time I've called the guys that pick up the phone are so RUDE!! Which is why I've only been once I just had a clutch in my car out and I wanted it fixed by them but I do not think it's ok to talk to your customers as if they are idiots just because they don't know about cars. Isn't that why most of us go to auto shops? If they would improve their customer service I would be going to the each and everytime. But their customer service is horrible!! I've gotten attitude from their mechanics everytime.
