The company s manufacturing capabilities include CAD (Computer Aided Design)/CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) die design department, CNC (Computerized Numerical Controlled) programming and machining, vacuum/pressure impregnation equipment, shot blast, vibratory debur, ball burnishing and assembly. Based in Vancouver, Wash., the firm offers fully integrated die casting services, ranging from prototype production to mass production services. In addition to metal castings, it has capabilities to impregnate forgings, extrusions, powdered metal parts, ceramics, wood, and other rigid porous structures. Pacific Die Casting Corporation is a member of the North American Die Casting Association.
