I have lived here for over 2 years and haven't had any issues of any kind. I agree with the other post about the walls being thin IE I have a third story apartment and I can hear my downstairs neighbors talk through the floor in certain rooms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am and haven't had noise issues during this time. Basic cable is free so that is a bonus. Also comes with free water and garbage.

I would not reccommend this place to anyone. Charged for damages to carpet that wasn't there upon move out. Have pictures to prove it and management refuses to discuss it and owner hasn't returned call. Outside walkways filthy and what appeared to be mold growing on stairs (have pictures), thin walls, very unfriendly atmosphere. Charged handicapped senior for normal wear on carpet by wheelchair. Look elsewhere friendlier places nearby no of a few. My parents were ripped off from there security deposit place was immaculate upon moveout cleaner than when I moved them in. Charged unfairly. If they will charge a handicapped person unfairly what will they charge a non handicapped person////////

Millennium Park is the perfect community to reside. Management and staff makes your whole experience as easy as 1-2-3! If you haven't had a chance to visit and experience yourself, its a must!
