  James Sikora’s practice focuses on advising and counseling employers throughout Washington and Oregon. He prioritizes providing practical solutions for employers— considering the employer’s business needs, culture, and other important, non-legal factors—on a wide range of employment issues. He assists employers with issues encountered throughout the lifespan of a business, including employee handbooks, equal employment opportunity practices, leaves of absence and disability accommodations, wage and hour practices, terminations, workplace investigations, employment agreements, non-competition agreements, and workplace trainings.

  Phil also places a high priority on counseling clients through matters to avoid litigation. He assists businesses with employment issues including terminations, claims of harassment, discrimination, wage and hour issues, ADA compliance, and workplace investigations.

  Phil Haberthur’s practice focuses on representing, advising, and counseling clients through a wide range of areas, including employment, commercial/business matters, litigation, shareholder disputes, contract, real estate disputes, creditor’s rights, insolvency matters, and restructuring matters. His practice is primarily catered to representing clients before Washington and Oregon state courts and Washington federal courts. In addition to trial work, Phil also maintains a busy appellate practice. He has appeared numerous times before Washington and federal appellate courts, including the Washington Supreme Court.
