IWM works as my management company for my townhome community here in Vancouver, WA. They need to be audited! They cannot reconsile their accounting books correctly. I try to call and speak with our management "team" and I never get a response. I've left several messages and e-mails. The board members need to fire this management company and look for a new one. All board member's have been CC'd on this.

I found a rental, was told to wait till Fri. and call back on Mon. the following week to see if a certain person did not decide to take it, who had first dibs on it. I called back left msgs~very hard staff to reach. Finally I got a call (msg) back on Wed. that it was available, and an agent would show it to me. I called the agent back about a minute after her msg. The receptionist said the agent had left for a meeting and would not be returning to the office, so I immediately called back to see it first thing in the am. I had talked to her a few times the weeks before, and showed my need and interest (disability). When I finally reached the agent she told me, and I quote ' she hadn't heard back from me and gave it to a man the night before?. She said she tells every possible renter the same thing, in other words she lies to you and enjoys the power she has treating people like this. If you don?t want to be led on, and live on the street, we recommend not to trust or rely on IWM.
