Having built homes for 15 years in two states, I've used a lot of concrete cutting services. These guys are by far the worst. They charged four times their verbal estimate, did a horrible job (the cuts were not clean or level), and the guy who did the job was new, complaining about his job the whole time. It took him two days to do what should have been a four hour job. His boss actually showed up at my home, unannounced, with another big guy in the truck, demanding payment. He was supposed to bill me, but apparently he prefers the shake-down approach. Don't even think about hiring these buffoons.
