Provided by YP.comFave to face review:
I am only giving this company two stars because the make-up artist, Heather, did a great job on myself, and the other 3 bridesmaids. She showed up on time, she took her time, she did great work, listened and looked professional.
Now, the hair stylist and brides make-up artist, Violet, deserved no stars for the following reasons:
She showed up late
She showed up smelling like BO
She was not dressed professional-leopard leggings, Nike's, spaghetti strap covered by cut out tank.
She literally looked like she rolled out of bed. She did nothing with her hair. Frizzy and knotted in a "messy bun"
She was ahead of the game by over an hour, so she took a 20 minute break an hour in.
She was rushing through everyone's hair
My hair was super frizzy
The second bridesmaids hair had to be completely redone because it was horrible
She didn't take direction well based off the pics we wanted to be done
Everyone's hair was frizzy
The brides hair had to be done 3 different times
Her make up had to be done 2 different times and it still wasn't done really right. The bride went to hair school and ended up having to fix her make up herself, and fixing 2 of the bridesmaids hair.
When all was said and done, she left a burn mark on the plastic of the tv stand from her hot tools. Luckily the hotel was understanding of what happened!
The bride tried contacting Violet by text twice before the wedding, and never got a response. Luckily she called the night before, because they require the second half of payment down the night before, and she finally answered.
The company itself has an 800 number, so it's hard to reach anyone. They take a while to respond to emails. They require you to pay in full upfront, and I wish I would not have tipped them like I did, because I figured I would get it out-of-the-way with payment.
After the wedding I wrote a complaint email, which was on the 7th of June. 6 days later I received an email from Daniel Dziedzic, who claims to be the “Customer Satisfaction Manager”. He sent back a long email asking me to send details of what happened the day of the wedding, which I already did, said he was going to personally investigate the situation and conduct interviews. He even asked that if there were any negative reviews posted to take them down during this process, so I did just that. Well, it has been nearly a month and I have followed up a couple of times and received no response. The bride has done so also.
I strongly suggest not going through this company. I get that there are people that have had positive experiences. However, the people that have had negative experiences shouldn’t be thrown to the side as if they were nothing. To me that shows the true character of the company.
