Mark went above and beyond helping me with my car list, being patient with me and really explaining all my options thoroughly. I was more than a little surprised at how well I was treated at Dick Hannah Kia on June 30. Armed with as much information as I could, I entered the lot and met my salesman, Mark Goff. As much as I dreaded this experience, I have to say the next few hours were far more pleasant than I expected. I went to the Auto Mall in Vancouver, since I figured I could check out all the different brands and in one place. I met Steve Davis at Dick Hannah Kia, and he helped me look at all of the choices. Steve made it very easy, he really wanted to be sure I found the SUV that was the best one for me. I now am the proud and happy owner of a Kia Sorento - it gave me the room I needed and the economy i really needed. The standard features really surpised me - even the base model had everything I wanted. Steve made it very easy start to finish, and he worked hard to fit the perfect rig into my budget. I needed a new car with better gas mileage, since my commute was going to be way longer. Steve helped me find a great new Kia Optima that has enough room for my family and gets great mpg too. I recently had the pleasure of working with Luis Serrano as well as the management team at Dick Hannah Kia. I ended up purchasing a used 2011 Dadge Durango Citadel from them. We started the process on Saturday, I was able to take the vehicle by myself and have my wife drive it from the comfort of home. My wife wanted to look at a couple other vehicles before deciding so we continued but eventually ended up back at Dick Hannah Kia. We traded a 2011 Kia Sorento and a 2011 Kia Sportage and are extremely happy with our decision as well as with working with this team once again.
