Provided by YP.comI returned to Bergman's office for periodontal cleaning after being away for several years. The dental hygienist was excellent with good, thorough work and helpful. But, I encountered Dr. Suzy Bergman who I found disrespectful and insulting when I asked questions. The front desk staff suggested a personality conflict or bad chemistry and would not give me an option to see just Ryan. I will not return to this office.

Provided by YP.comBoth Dr Bergmans are incredibly gentle and caring practitioners. I would recommend this practice without reservation!

Provided by YP.comI was a patient of Dr. Ryan Bergman, at Dentistry on Offers Row ,for several years. During that time he replaced some dental work that I had done by another Dentist many years ago. I voiced my concerns to Dr. Bergman, on numerous occasions, about the quality of his work; specifically regarding a couple of veneers and a crown that I didn't think fit properly. He didn't seem at all concerned and insisted any adjustments would risk damaging the underlying teeth. He did on one occasion, however, do a quick fix on a crown and one of the veneers by patching them with some composite material (on a porcelain crown/veneer)! Against my better judgment, I listened to his assurances, and allowed the poorly done dental work to remain as it was. Because I did, there is now a considerable amount of damage that has been done, not only to my teeth where the work was done, but also to the corresponding teeth because the dental work did not fit properly.
In another instance, I mentioned that I had some sensitivity on one of my teeth. Without asking me or taking an x-ray of the tooth he put a composite filling over the spot! I didn't agree to the filling or even need it! Then,to make matters worse, he didn't bother to polish it (leaving it rough) thus causing me to have to return for another appointment to have it finished. Although the composite was completely unnecessary and didn't help at all with the sensitivity, I was still charged for it!
I finally went to see another Dentist and after a very extensive exam he concurred that the much of the dental work done by Dr. Bergman was of poor quality. There is now a considerable amount of reconstructive work that will be needed to repair the damage. He also found other issues that Dr. Bergman had neglected; even though I had been told by Dr. Bergman at my previous exam, just 2 months prior, that everything with my mouth was fine.
I went to see Dr. Bergman at his office to discuss some of these issues. He was, initially very apologetic and promised several times to "make everything right with me". However, he now refuses to do anything. I have now filed a complaint with the Clark County Dental Society.
I originally thought Dr. Bergman seemed like a nice guy. However, most people are when they want/need your business. Partly for this reason, and because my insurance drastically limits what Dentists I can see, I remained a patient at his practice for much longer than I should have. It has been a very expensive and difficult lesson, to say the least, and I hope this review will keep others from having to experience a similar ordeal.
