Same day or overnight service!!!

I have been taking my shoes here for quite some time and I must say that to this day I have nothing negative to say. The people that work here are polite, professional and do a very very good job. The owner, who i believe i deal with most of the time, is always smiling and very pleasant.

Numerous times I have brought shoes in and they recommend ways to keep my shoes in good condition. Things I never would've thought of on my own. Also, they do their best to accommodate a reasonable pick up time if you need your shoes in a hurry.

I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes when I was ready to pick up my shoes. The prices are a little on the high side, but I think it's what I would expect for this type of great work.

A great go to for your regular shoes and your fancy pants shoes!



I took two pairs of pumps here for heel repair and was so happy with the outcome! They were amazing at the shop - very sweet. I had a pair of Christian Louboutins that needed some extra TLC on the heels thanks to the Cascade shoe repair and they now look as good as new!

And, they were surprisingly not expensive to repair - $30 for two pairs. I will be coming back for the next round.

Seriously great place!

I took my work heels to Cascade Shoe Repair hoping they could salvage my black heels of which the rubber on the bottom was so far gone, metal from the nail was showing. He said they will be ready next day. I came back next day and they were finished! The shoes looked better than I expected! They even cleaned up the actual heel part (stem) that gets scuffed where they almost looked brand new and for a cost around $12. For any future heels that require repair, I won't even hesitate to bring then back here!

The most wonderful of all shoe repair establishments! The owner insist on fixing your shoes correctly, quickly, and for a great price. All he asks if that if you don't like something you give him the chance to make it right. Aleksandr is very honest, resasonable, and efficient. I have been going to him for last 8 years. He has fixed evrything that he could, and told me honestly about the once he couldn't. Don't be passive aggressive. If you tell him what you want, he will make it so! BTW - he fixes purse strap lenghts very nicely as well.Highly highly recomended!
