Absolutely the BEST mobile mechanic service around! I live in Medford and needed help for my daughter in Portland on two separate occasions (after hours). I was treated with respect and both times the mechanic came out promptly and did an amazing job! Amazing! they came to my house and worked on my non starting car. No need for towing, and way cheaper than any other shop quote! I will always go the route of bz best mobile mechanics. Thanks again guys!

The Better Business Bureau has sided with BZBEST regarding the complaint listed after this woman wrote a lengthy, and contradictory, letter to the BBB. BZBEST took the time to respond to this woman's accusations by forwarding all of the evidence and facts pertaining to this customer, including copies of the customer's signed invoices to the BBB. After over a week of sorting through the relevant facts, the BBB sided with BZBEST. Because of this, the BBB has allowed BZBEST to keep their A- Rating which is featured on the Better Business Bureau's website under the BZBEST heading. The BBB trusts BZBEST, and so do hundreds of repeat customers. Thank you.

Highly recommended. They were recommended by a friend from work. Reasonable rates for the repair work the mechanic provided for my car. I am very satisfied with the work.

We called on BZBEST to bring my Daughter's car to road-trip ready safety. She was traveling from Portland Oregon all the way to Boston and it was important to us to know as parents her older Honda would get her there without issue. Not only did Mike give us a fair estimate but he called out things that truly were a must fix versus those items that would not be needed until later. We got a fair rate and he and his team delivered a truly efficient and timely service. Not only did the car perform well, but improved its gas mileage for the trip.
