I don't know why this is listed under Kosher Meat Markets. They are not. I stopped in yesterday to ask if they offered any kosher meats and they said yes they had Kobe meat in the freezer. Kobe meat is a very expensive gourmet cut of meat. I then asked about the tenderloin without the bacon wrapping and was told they could remove it. When I explained it could not even be touched by the pork product they offered to cut a special order for me. I haven't tried the meat yet, so I rated it only two stars because I feel a butcher should know what he is selling. I will go back for myself but may have to find another shop for my husband's protein.

Called with a somewhat odd request. Looking for bones with decent amount of meat to feed to dogs for a raw diet. Did not find Butcher Boys very helpful. The man I talked to even made me feel a little wierd for requesting such an odd thing. I remember when butcher shops really went out of their way to get you what you needed.
