I have been playing guitar for a few years and still have problems with tuning my guitar. Since day one, I have been looked down at from the gentlemen with the long red hair. I apparently come in too much using their tuner even though on this day I spent over 25 dollars on accessories I am no longer allowed to use the tuner. I end up breaking another string and come in the next day, breaking another string after I just bought one . I come back in to buy another one and this gentlemen tells me I cannot come in multiple times in a day. I disagree with this service, but don't say anything. Some guitar strings are a buck some are two. I had two dollars one me where some days that's fine, but today with this guy it was not ok, even though they had over a dollar in the jar. Thats fine, but i begin to tell him how im dissatisfied with the way i'm being treated and he begins to argue with me lying saying im using their tools, tuner and service multiple times a day, and like to argue with him repeatedly. I said this is the first time i am letting u know my dissatisfaction. He continues to argue with me asking me if im calling him a liar. I stay calm and let him know that this is not good customer service. He than says i am not allowed in the store anymore that he doesnt want to work with me. The 17 cents is not the big deal, its the way i'm treated. The owner is awesome and shows care for his customers, his employee does not share the same desire. I am appalled and feel absolutely discriminated against. I have been in customer service for over 10 yrs and never have I ever felt or seen anyone treat customers the way this man has treated me. I just hope the owner sees this and has a talk with his employee to let him know that this is unacceptable behavior in the work environment, until than I will take my business elsewhere. I hope to return to doing business with this store again since its the closest one I live to, but until than I cannot allow such poor treatment.
