I left this review on G+, and figured I'd post it here, too: Blue Key was very helpful getting us into a lease, helping us maintain it, and in closing it out. I really appreciated how they did both the check-in and check-out walk-throughs with us. They even pointed out things I might have missed. I also like their management portal. It's easy to set up rental payments and make maintenance requests. We didn't have many issues, but the few we did were answered promptly within about a day. If we ever move back to the area, we'll definitely check with them first.
Highly recommend Blue Key because they not only screen and select very well qualified renters, provide you with updates, monitor property, but also are going above and beyond any expectations when you need them the most. They helped rent out my houses less than two weeks. They don't have a lot of fees like other property management companies.
