Established in 1989, La Brea Bakery is among the most widely recognized artisan bakery in North America. La Brea Bakery offers a vast selection of breads, including roasted garlic loafs, sourdough baguettes, dinner rolls and flat breads. The bakery offers partially baked breads. When mixed, shaped and proofed, the breads are baked 80-percent of the way, cooled and flash frozen, with the integrity of the loaf preserved. The partially baked breads are shipped throughout the country and offered at supermarkets and through gourmet grocers. In the greater Los Angeles area, La Brea s breads are delivered fresh daily. La Brea Bakery maintains its corporate offices in Van Nuys, Calif.
