very bad place to take a kirby, they hadn't mentioned a fee over the phone, in fact said it wouldn't cost anything. Then when not me, but my girlfriend came to pick it up, they mentioned a thirty dollar fee that hadn't been otherwise talked about. When you deal with someone who's not an authorized factory distributor, they can add on costs as they see fit, and thus rip you off
