I am very happy I picked California Energy Contractors to replace my roof and windows. The work was finished good and fast. I picked green roof that reflecting the heat. The windows are all side to side sliders with grids and the stop the A/C loss. The windows also lower the noise from outside.
I recommend California Energy Contractors with pleasure.

My wife found California Energy Contractors thru a very trusted source, ...her mother. My wife's mother is our guinea pig and a test pilot. She will research and research and research. We've done all of our resent remodeling with her help.



This time it was a paint job.



Exterior paint job. To be more exact.



Exterior paint job on steroids. (Not that I know anything about steroids)



Supposedly, this is a paint that will reflect the heat of the walls.



Supposedly, it is going to last forever. "Lifetime Warranty"



Only time will tell.



As far as a realistic review, well, I don't know how long this expansive paint is going to last (by the way, I took 1 star off for the price), but, based on the efforts of the workers my new paint should last a long time. I have painted before, myself and by others, and I can tell you, that, I have never seen anything like these guys. They were truly professional. Everyone knew what they were doing and they took their time doing it. I have a 3500 square foot home, it took them 7 working days to finish my house. The crew consisted of 4 guys and a foreman who stood around just watching the rest of the guys work. I did not like that...at first. Then, I come to find out that, the foreman was grading everybody for a pay raise.



Maybe I got lucky, but, our house looks amazing. It was a 1930' house that really needed some TLC. And, California Energy Contractors gave it that much needed TLC.

I had California Energy Contractors paint my house with Tex-Cote/Cool-Wall. The house looks GREAT! They changed all the bad wood, fixed cracks around my old windows, painted all the trim and even painted the dog house (not part of the deal). The workers showed up on time, were discreet, courteous and cleaned up at the end of each day. The whole process took 5 days and was completed as promised by my sales person Patrick. I am very happy that, I chose Patrick and California Energy Contractors (who were not the cheapest), that I have placed an order, to replace my old windows with them.
