Have been here several times with satisfactory results. Sent friends and family here too. Noticed had different mechanic in Oct 2015 when my son took car in for repairs. Recently my son had a antifreeze leek. While checking it, noticed a protective panel was missing from under the engine. Panel was removed for latest repairs. Talked to owner Greg and he denied any responsibility. Had a different mechanic and he looked around but couldn't locate part for son's car but found a lot of other panels lying around, Will not go back for two reasons: Owner won't accept responsibility for his mechanics work and there must be a good reason why he can't keep a mechanic.

Simply the best place in town, I've been to others in the area but had no luck.. Just thought I would let everybody know before you waste your time and money like I did

I have been here a few times, before it wasnt as friendly, but since i have called and been to the shop since this new mechanic and i think his wife have been there it is more of a pleasurable experience. The mechanic JR is very through and helpful on finding the problems with the vehicle. And he doesnt make it all about how to make money off of me or my wife. His "wife" greeted me with a warm plesant smile and held a conversation with us as though she knew us for years. and we both loved that. and calling and hearing a nice voice on the other end is nice. I have to give this place 5 stars. I hope JR and his wife Ashley get to read this. and the other man wasnt to social but i guess that is why he gets to be the boss.

I have had work done on my car, my wife's car, and my daughter's car. The guys that run this place are honest and very reasonably priced. I have always had 100% satifaction. I recommend their work and integrity above anyone else in this area!

I have had the pleasure of doing business with ALL PRO AUTO on several occasions. I live in the DFW metro market, but needed help when my truck broke down in Van Alstyne. The team at All Pro were extremely professional, friendly, and you could eat off of the floor in their shop. They told me what the problem was and the repair cost much less than it had on my past truck with the same issue. The work was done right the first time and every time since. I am a customer for life and find it well worth the time and money to take my business, and to refer my friends and family here as well. Give these guys a try. You will be glad you did.

I had the most pleasurable experience at All Pro Auto in Van Alstyne, Texas. The staff was friendly, the shop was one of the cleanest shops I have taken my Tahoe into and the mechanic certainly knew how to analyze and fix a problem. I was having trouble with a carburator and it was missing profusely. The mechanic quickly found that a majof overhaul wasn't necessary but it just needed some jet cleaning and with a little effort I was on my way. Also the work they did putting on my shocks, fan belt and complete tune up was done quickly and the price was very competitive. I would recommend All Pro Auto to everyone. Even if you have to drive a ways to get to it.

All-Pro Auto has performed several major and minor auto repairs for me over the past two years. In each case, the repairs were completed in a very timely manner. Employees were friendly and helpful, and the costs were lower than I expected. I would highly recommend All-Pro!

I recently had some car repairs done at All Pro auto. I thought it was a great place to go. I received great customer service, a fair price for my repairs and it was done in a timely manner. My car has not had any issues since. I would recommend All Pro auto to anyone who wants dependable honest service.

This is a response to the review response by Greg to a juniper1975…Greg...I think you are the owner my sister told me about. I think you have this reviewer confused with someone else. Ouch, it did seem like someone had an issue and you just showed us all your dirty laundry. As being in customer service myself there is always a way to make the customer happy within reason. Not giving it away, but meeting in the middle sometimes is part of having a top notch customer service policy. This was reviewed by a family member of mine. She can't access her email anymore so she could not respond. I told her I would for her. She also reviewed on google, which somehow is missing now…? I wonder were that went? I will not recommend this place

To much negative to say…all I know is the other good reviewer must either work for or be a friend of someone who works at all pro auto. No honesty there…they make you think they are until they cheat you. There are too many other great places to go. I should have listened to the local auto parts store. But instead I went based on this other review. I figured the other was old. But, the bad one was correct. I take my business to another place in van alstyne now. I won't name the name so others don't get the impression I work for them. I found the other place on google maps. I can't find all pro auto on google maps anymore that cannot be a good sign, too many bad reviews maybe? But customer BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!! All pro auto is not a place I would ever try again. They should take the word Pro out of their name.

Great place to do business. Everyone is so nice and courteous. I was told exactly what was wrong with my car and given an exact price before any work was done. I found All Pro to be very competitive and will take all my work there in the future. I especially want to thank Greg, the owner, for taking time to fully explain what the problem was.
