I built a custom made computer. I put it back in the factory box (that I had just had delivered by UPS only 2 days earlier) and sealed it up and took it to The UPS Store here in Valrico. They asked me what was in the box, and I told them. They shipped it and 3 days later, I got an email telling me that it was not working and it was dented. I filed a claim and was told that it was not a result of transporting it, but a result of improper packing. When I got it back, I observed only a small dent on the case, but EVERYTHING INSIDE was torn loose. NO box would have protected it from that violent of a drop! UPS denies any wrong-doing and the store said I should have bought a bigger box and styrofoam and insurance - AFTER the fact, not before. Avoid this place! Customer service is dead there!
