They do not put any money into the school. Most toys are worn, dolls with no clothes or hair. The outside landscaping was not maintained throughout the year. They issued policies for pickup which they did not follow. Ms michelle was apart of the pick up process maybe once a month. If you walk into the office when no one knows your there, you can hear just how loud the teachers "talk" to the children. Ms Michelle yells at her employees in front of parents and children. The weekly reports stopped halfway through the year until I made an issue about it. They are unorganized, inconsistent( the other classroom was far ahead of my child, doing addition and my child looked at a plus sign and said what is that. ) If you stay on top of them they can be a good school, most are kind and loving but that's not always enough.

My child loved going to this school. Summer camp not so much, There were a lot of children twice her age, in a room with one fuse ball table and a few other things. It was day care, my child told me she didn't do most of the things on the weekly plan. Given that I paid 125$ when I didn't need daycare expecting my child to be doing structure activities, not watching movies and playing on the swing. All of these are things she could have done at home, especially on my bday. :( She enjoyed the field trips. During the school year my child's teacher misspelled words on the weekly agenda every week. The principle told me they don't teach them spelling so it was ok; During my teacher conference the teacher suggested I work on spelling with my child at home, Ms Michelle told me she never said that to me. She also told me my child was lying every time I brought up something. On my first progress report they told me my child was right handed. She has always been left handed.

A childs Haven preschool is a wonderful school. The teachers are great, very caring and nurturing to the children and create a very positive and dynamic learning environment at every age level. I had my 2 younger chidlren there over the last 5 years, and they were very well prepaed for Kindergarten by the time the graduated from prechsool. It's such a great feeling to know my kids are having fun, learning and being so well taken care ofduring the day! A. Nolte

Mrs. Michele and the ACH staff have been awesome to our son. He was a baby when we first enrolled him in the school and he's 8 years old now. We feel the safe envirnoment, the concern and attention shown to our son and the professional staff helps us feel good about choosing ACH. Mr. & Mrs. Phillips

This school was Fantastic when Mrs Bowser was the principle.. As said in other reviews, she runs a tight ship and always appeared to be on top of things, friendly, interactive with parents and always kept you informed. The new Michelle they have as a principle is snotty and not very personable. She gives parents the feeling they are bothering her when they have questions because they didnt already magically know the answer. I sincerely wish they would anonymously poll the parents on her recent performance. Maybe it is a difficult transition in this new role and she will get better. "I hope" I have spoken with another parent recently when I was picking up my child and the feelings were mutual on their end as well. I can say ALL of the teachers are wonderful and do a great job with the students and in my honest opinion, it is truly a shame Mrs Bowser is no longer running the office as it is a truly wonderful school.

All of my children have attended this school and been incredibly prepared for kindergarten. Staff is well above professional and school is impressively clean.

This school is far above expectations. Clean, super administration, experienced teachers with lots of great lessons, and fun! My child is confident and excited about Kindergarten!

Great early childhood curriculum. My child was far above average standards when starting kindergarten. Prepared him for the next educational step. Great stable teaching staff, clean school and great parent communication. Good structured environment with alot of fun learning activities, my son could not wait each morning to go to school.
