i ordered travertine tile for fireplace and went with a certain brand because i wanted unfilled, they installed filled and told me it does not come in unfilled, got charged more for filled. squeaks and creaks under kitchen tile, found out that they do not back butter hardi backer board and they nail it instead of screw it, well nails come loose in high traffic areas, i stopped noise by shooting correct length screws through subfloor into hardi backer from basement. i asked to have tile installed in a brick pattern, carrie wrote it down and drew it out on our purchase file folder, well they laid it down in standard formation. 2 different thickness padding under living room carpet, they rectified it but you can feel where the repair was made when walking on it. so no i do not recommend. i spent thousands and got treated poorly.
