My BF had bought a $60 facial as a present. When I called and made an appointment, they said it would be about an hour long facial. When I got there, the lady only did the facial for about 35 minutes tops and when I asked why it was so short when I was told an hour yesterday, her reply was "Oh, well facials vary in time". Then she tried OVERCHARGING me $15 more dollars for the facial. I had already told them I had a giftcard for that specific facial. Then she realized she had messed up and thought she was suppose to do another type of facial. Obviously the worker had no idea what she was doing and couldn't even offer another time to come back to make up for the 25 minutes I missed out on the facial. I will never patronize this place again!

Such a wonderful experience! I booked my wedding day hair and nail appointments here for my bridesmaids and family, and I was so happy I chose Designer's Club. It was not only relaxing and peaceful (which I really needed that morning since I was my own wedding planner), but they made us all look gorgeous! The staff and owners are so nice too! I would definitely recommend them!
