General Info

At the Law Offices of Nicholas C. Catsadimas, P.C., we work to help the people of northwestern Indiana find relief from heavy debt and creditor harassment. We take great pride in being able to help people get the fresh start they need. We have spent years helping people in the region with both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies. I have formerly served as the Program Chairperson for the Paralegal Studies program at the Valparaiso Campus of Ivy Tech Community College and has taught on the subject of bankruptcy law. I have also lectured on bankruptcy law at Valparaiso University School of Law. In addition to being an active member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys I am also a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and currently serves as the President for the Porter County Bar Association.
