I called four places in Valparaiso looking for a part for my computer...i was in a pinch and needed it fixed asap. After explaining what i was looking for, all of them redirected me to either voicemail, return call later or placed me on hold for a long period of time except golden technologies...which was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. Receptionist was very pleasant and attentive on phone and in person...technician, kyle i believe was his name, even went above and beyond call to make sure i had more than enough information about the part and installation and even talked a little about computing in general, and a manager named Ronnie (female), provided business card asking me to call them with any other concerns...now that's service. This was my first encounter with these people and the sale was under $10. I'm pretty impressed. e

They will take advantage of their customers whenever possible. They will sell you that they are experts on lots of different things but when the tech gets there they are on the phone trying to get help because they really have never worked with that product or seen these common situations before. They will offer you the best solution for them but not what the best solution is for the customers situation. There self branded stuff acted up all the time so had to spend more money having someone come out and look at it. Many unhappy clients and lots of employee turnover. Rarely had the same tech come out, so was basically paying someone to relearn our setup. Overall not a happy customer.

Golden Technologies is a great company to work for. The culture is work hard, play hard. We look out for our customers.

Golden Technologies is a very dependable and friendly service. Before we found them, we had nothing but problems and lots of waiting time to get anything fixed.
