No, no, no... don't trust these folks with your possessions! Two days after the move, I played my piano and realized they had cracked the bottom board when they accidentally dropped getting it off the dolly. So, I contacted the company. They told me to file a claim, which I did. I have not been able to get anyone from the company to contact me again. They will not answer emails nor return calls. Once they get your money, it's goodbye! PLEASE, if you care about your items, find another mover.

After looking at several companies I finally ecided to go with L.a.transfer and storage, mostly due to the fact that the salesperson was not a high pressure guy whatsoever, and he was tremendously articulate and informative, answering all the many questions I had without hesitation, and with detailed information that many other companies did not seem to want to share.
