I just started working for this company, and I know we are constantly cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces. We do get very busy and the kids do make messes, but I know we are on top of it. In my opinion the managers are friendly and will do many things to make the customers happy. We give out stickers, temporary tattoos, balloons and as many tasters you need to make a decision. I love eating Menchie's yogurt as much as I love working there.For a startup business I think they are doing wonderfully.

Menchie's is absolutely delicious! I've had friendly service all 6 times I've taken my family there. I love the fresh fruit option and wish them the best of luck! Let's just hope they do sanitize often. Give them a chance before knocking them.

My experiences with Menchies can be describes in one word, unprofessional. The way the management responds to critical issues within the business is embarrassing to say the least. Upon seeing the establishment on entrance you make think that it is charming and appealing to large array of individuals. Don't be fooled. The ice cream and yogurts are sub par, and the long lines and constant messes leave a lasting impression of disgust. Personally, I feel that Menchies is also a typical establishment who uses cheap tricks suck as weighing ice cream to lure in unsuspecting customers and steal a few dollars from them. Moreover, the management is unfriendly and fake. I hope that my review can save you a trip that will put a soar spot on your evening.
