Valley Stream UFSD 13 is an elementary educational system that educates students in pre-kindergarten through grade six. The district serves more than 2,180 students annually, as well as works with a team of over 200 teachers and administrators. Its school s curricula include classes in math, reading, music, art and physical education. The district s schools maintain parent-teacher associations that work for student welfare. Its schools also have libraries that offer a range of educational resources and materials. The district s schools administer the English as a Second Language program.
