Lousy service is what I experienced.I Paid an extra fee,100 dollars unlike other Dcaps.This place not only gets their money from the insurance company,then they ALSO want you to pay 100 dollars additional.I called the office several times to speak with the broker,who was always busy on the other telephone line.I never even got a call back even though I left my name and everything.Every time I call,I cannot get to speak with the broker whom I know and I thought I had a good rapport with.They got my 100dollars right up front so why work for it now?I'm going to cancel my policy with the insurance on my own. I made the mistake of going back to this place,and believing that they'd be helpful.
