In the past they were good (two very High $$$$$ items); in the last two weeks, I've texted (3x), called (4x), left notes on their business van (1x) all in vain because I've never received call back; all I needed was a second seal on a toilet and a new faucet / shower/bath handles in the bath (low ticket items). Unbeknownst to Sergio, I also need a new toilet, new kitchen hardware & plumbing.

PS.......can anyone recommend a GOOD RELIABLE plumber in Vallejo?

Sergio extended my gas line into the fireplace in order to install a gas fire log set that I had purchased. He and his crew were very professional and knowledgeable.
