Great Clinic, Nice Doctor that is knowledgeable and is good for both Dogs and Cats. I go into a lot of clinics for work and they are reasonably priced (per area average) as well as very clean and high on technology. I would take my animals there if I lived closer!
My cats and dog LOVE going to this pet hospital ! The cats are at ease there, and the dog jumps at the door to go inside.
Easy to find and prices are easy on the pocketbook!
This Hospital appears to be good for Dogs not Cats.
Dr. Dib was very unfriendly and rude to us. He acted as if he was afraid of my very friendly yellow lab, my lab would move and he would jump backward as if the dog was going to attack him. He had called my dog stupid, was very forceful and did not completly examine my dog. He had me do a lot of procedures that I did not understand, when I tried to ask question he would interrupt and make me feel like I had neglected my pet. I agreed to all the procedures and never received a phone call back about the results for my dog. I finally called back and spoke with the Dr. He said every thing was fine then hung up the phone. I will never take my animal back to this place. While his assistants were very helpful and friendly the doctor a his receptionist were very rude and only cared about the money not the animal!
all our pups have been going to dr. dibs for years. easy to make an appointment, facilities are clean/ sanitized and staff friendly and courteous. dr dib is up todate on the latest procedures, especially dog ailments and is sensitive to pet's family needs/ feelings. he can be trusted!
