Very satisfied and grateful for Ken and his business. We broke down on I75 South and they immediately work on the van after towing it to his shop on Saturday. Ken worked on the van all night because he knew how important it is for us to come back home because we were not from Valdosta, GA. He is the man of his word and he did exactly what he said he was going to do with our van. He will not over charge or over price you. He is very caring about what he does. Thank God for you Ken.

I would like to commend the service I received from this company on 4/13/13! I live in Lake City, Fl, went to Valdosta to shop on Moody AFB on the way back I got a flat tire on N Valdosta Rd. (thank goodness I was not on I-75) . I had my granddaughter with me (4yo), my daughter and $700.00 worth of groceries in the car!!!! Joey Nesmith responded to the call in a timely manner. We unloaded the groceries from the trunk, he got the "donut" spare out and changed the tire, he not only changed it he went out of his way and took the "donut" to a gas station to fill it with air. Joey was very professional and caring, he calmed us down, (yes, I was scared) and made us feel at ease about getting back to Lake City. We followed his advice and got back safely with all the groceries being fine. I am 60 yo and have never had a flat tire before, hope I never do again, but if I do I sure want Joey around to help!!!!
