Advanced disposal is a TERRIBLE company!!!! They broke the lid off of my trashcan and didn't do anything about it. I have called 4 times about the broken trashcan and they still have not switched out the can. My neighbors are elderly and they cannot even move the trashcan from the roadside because the wheel has broken off. They put the broken wheel on top of the trash and the idiots dumped the wheel when they dumped the trash. RIDICULOUS!!!

I do enjoy the recycling, but I have often seen and trash spilt around areas that the trash disposal operator left when the mechanical arm dropped the can. No respect for cleaning up the mistakes.Employees need to be insistant on "leave no trace" of trash.

I am very displeased with this service. They spill trash all over our yard and street and just leave it. It blows all over our yard and our neighbors yard. If I am able to successfully sit my trash out all in one bin then it ALL needs to be gone after they pick it up.

I like the fact that I do not have to go to the dump anymore, but they need to work on spilling trash into the streets. They also need to work on dumping the trash cans on time. Also, the financing department does not keep up with the records correctly. However, I do see improvement from the first time they started.
