Engel & Völkers Vail is owned and operated by Josh Lautenberg & Tyra Rudrud, former owners of Sonnenalp Real Estate, who brought all Sonnenalp Real Estate agents into the new brand. So although the name, Engel & Völkers, is new to the area, the firm’s leadership and advisors have been selling real estate as a team throughout the Vail Valley for a combined 100 years.
