My family unfortunately had two cars fall apart in the same month. We dreaded car shopping, and then we were greeted by SAMIR at Toyota Vacaville. What a breath of fresh air! We gave him our upfront "Unrealistic" hope. We had not gotten a new car since 1991!. He shared how he might be able to show us how we could afford to get what we needed after our initial sticker shock.. I mean, it was very relaxed and casual and professional. He had his associate Ricardo leisurely walk us around, and let us drive a couple different vehicles. No pressure, no strong arm, just the facts. We were thrilled to take home the cars we needed from them! Even their finance people Melissa and Pierre were fun, friendly, professional and made the experience a joy! Really? Who would thunk car shopping would be a pleasure? It was here! Based on my experience, I highly recommend Toyota Vacaville!

I would HIGHLY recommend that you pay attention to what you are being charged for your services and what is actually being done. On more than one occasion my service engine light has turned on. When i call to make an appointment they assure me that the mechanic just forgot to reset the light, which turned out to be false. There actually was something that needed attention. All Toyota did was continue to shut the light off! Be careful when dealing with Lithia Toyota of Vacaville.

I worked directly with the Sales Manager Carlos Ramirez, he made the process easy fast and painless, he offered me a deal of a life time(I was there to get and oil change) I strongly recommend the company and mr Ramirez.

I loved my Ocean Mist "blue" Rav4...my 1st brand new car. I never waited long when it needed to be serviced and I loved that the service dept. was open on the weekends. Most of the staff was always friendly and ready to help which is a plus.
