Horrible!! I got my order to go. I asked the waiter 3 time to give me 12 shrimp and only got 6, he also did not give us our salads that came with our other two dinners. We were not given any silverware or napkins and I tipped him on the to go order. Plus he ran my Amex twice and said it was declined - they don't even take Amex. I realized that when I went to my car to get the cash and came back in the door and there was no Amex sign on the door. So I asked him to you take Amex? To which he answered no! So when I realized their mistake I called and spoke to Ashley, she said no problem come by it will be ready. I go back, nothing ready and they want to charge me for the adtl. shrimp. I was so mad I just left!!! DO NOT GO EAT HERE!!! EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I guess that's why there was no one in the restaurant and they have a help wanted sign on the door. Horrible Service and Customer Service. The bartender on duty on 12-14-2016 @6pm is an idiot and the one I dealt with when I came to pick up the food I was told would be ready. Isn't this a hospitality industry? Well not here!! Do not go here!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In would give this a -3 if possible

Employs & Houses illegal aliens. Food prep is unsanitary. Food is bland, hardly any flavor. Infested with rats and roaches. Owner (Egson) is Flakey and manipulative. Quit for these exact reasons. Don't go. The illegal aliens have no respect for the waitress's. I once held the only manager position. I have received reports of sexual harassment from the waitress's. Don't support this business.
