CUSTOMER: 1st DELIVERY Request (Have picked up for past 1 YEAR) ... #1 Delivery "attempt" 6/11/17 (driver called - NO message left), #2 Delivery "Attempt" 6/12/17 (driver called - NO message left) ----------------> I called the PHARMACY, to be yelled at by the pharmacy manager and pharmacist "Kevin", who told me the driver has tried to deliver for the past 4 DAYS (even though MY 1st request -via call to the store- was made on 6/11/17); he told me "WE WILL NEVER DELIVER TO YOU AGAIN" and if you can't pick it up, then basically SCREW YOU "Per the Owner of the Store"! ------------------> Wow, I have never been treated so rudely by ANY pharmacy and as a customer, any GOOD company will always listen and make the faithful attempt to take care of their customers, but NOT this one. They had their mind made up, before even speaking with me, and made it clear that I was WRONG and nothing I said was going to be heard, including the fact that I was NOT yelling at them (unlike their NASTINESS to me). ------------------> STORE OWNER: It is abundantly clear that "Rocco" treats his employees with pure dictatorship and hence = disgruntled & UNHAPPY employees. ------------------> WARNING: Do NOT waste your time, with this business!

They are super. My dr was suppose to be calling in my RX but didnt and it was the weekend so i would have gone without my medication. They let me "borrow" pills to get through until my RX had been called in .
