Over the years, we have grown from serving individual customers to a well-known, manufacturer of wholesale and retail meats.       I have used Dino's for many years. Always buy the "medium" sausage. Today, I made the sausage with peppers & onions - the sausage was so hot, my husband and I couldn't eat it. Our mouths are still burning! They need to label their packages more carefully - this was obviously the "hot" not the "medium" sausage. I'm afraid it'll be awhile before we buy it again!
