My visitors from the west coast (USAF) stayed at Radisson and we walked to Ancora without a reservation. Welcomed at the door by Paul (manager) and knew right away we would have a great experience. Service was perfect, presentation was excellent, food was delicious and drinks were fairly priced. We will return and recommend to all who visit the area.

Mayor Julian recommended this restaurant to us at the St. Patrick's Day pre-party (held at The Stanley Theater). We walked next door and were delighted. Though only a few weeks new, the staff did a great job, the food was super, and the atmosphere was upscale, cozy, and fresh. Ancora is a great addition to both downtown and the region.
