Doesn't communicate as much as she should. I almost found another location because I thought it was all a scam at one point since I was not hearing back from her after my check had been cashed. Seems to have an attitude of you don't like her ideas. I wanted to add a backdrop to the decor she already had behind my head table and she stripped the entire head table area and told me "I can't wait to see what this looks like for the wedding." (She did end of fixing it back before the wedding). Some of my bridesmaids and groomsmen had children so a couple of other adults stepped in to help with them as we got dressed. They were told they could not sit in the lobby and they should leave those kids to sleep in the car as it was my wishes which it was not. It was very frustrating for me as I could hear arguing while I was getting dressed. The restrooms and kitchen were dirty and there was no tissue in either of the female restroom. My caterer said she'll never do business there again because she didn't feel comfy in the kitchen. The cake stand for my wedding cake was stolen and no one in our family has any need for such item or would know it's worth. The list of issues goes on and on but it's over now. Just BEWARE. There are other option in the area just do a bit or research.
