Urbana University, founded in 1850, offers liberal arts education programs to students. The university is located on a more than 125-acre campus in Urbana, Ohio. It offers more than 20 academic majors and a variety of activities and organizations. The university offers subjects, such as accounting, business communications, general management, human resources, management, marketing, language arts, mathematics, science and social studies. The university also offers journalism and public relations, electronic media, business communications, social sciences, biology, chemistry, political science and psychology. The institution has an enrollment of more than 1,500 students. It has residence halls that feature traditional rooms and suite-style accommodations for over 450 students.
