THE PEOPLE OF OMNI ARE THE BEST. THE ARE FUN AND CARING AND TREAT YOU LIKE A PERSON NOT A MONEY MAKER. IF YOU DON'T THINK SOMETHING IS RIGHT THEY WORK WITH YOU TO GET IT RIGHT. THEY ASK YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO ACCOMPLISH WITH YOUR DISABILITY SO THEY KNOW WHAT TO BUILD FOR YOU. IF ANY ONE NEEDS A PROSTHETIC THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO.
The expertise and kindness of the people at Omni was amazing! I have never been to an office like this and during a time of uncertainty in my life the staff was very helpful. From the time I walked into the office the secretaries were friendly and helpful. The staff was knowledgeable and eager to help. If you have any questions or concerns make sure to ask this office. If you live in Central Illinois you should at least talk with these people.
The service and quality from the staff at Omni was the best. I felt like a human and that I was cared for. I did not feel any apprehensions with my care, the staff was truly caring from the moment I walked in! Should you require care from Omni you can be assured you will receive the best!
