Kettering Middle School offers a variety of academic and enrichment programs for more than 760 students in grades six through eight. The school s core curriculum includes English, math, social science and history. It provides membership options for chorus, band and fashion clubs, as well as the Future Business Leaders of America. Kettering Middle School offers several types of after-school and guidance counseling programs. The school also operates a parent-teacher-student association. Its athletic activities include cheerleading, baseball and softball. In addition, Kettering Middle School provides special education services for over 140 students with developmental disabilities. It is governed by Prince George's County Public Schools, which manages several elementary, middle, high and charter schools.
