One of our family members was lost by this facility. YUP, lost. They are supposed to be experts dealing with patients with dementia. My husbands aunt had her husband going there for 6 days after her caregiver quit. On day 6 he walked right out the door, supposedly around 8:45 am. They didn't start searching for him until after 11 am. This mans wife was not called by the facility at all. She received a call from the police at 1:30 pm. telling her there was an active search going on for her lost husband. While there I was told they have had other people wander off but they usually find them right away. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES TO THIS PLACE. It is not safe. This is life & death. AS of right now, our beloved family member is still missing.
